Strength Skill: Building Muscle in The EndZ

Strength training improves your character’s ability to perform physical tasks, such as melee damage, climbing, and carrying heavy objects. Each exercise provides Strength XP, which contributes to leveling up your strength skill.

Exercises Available for Strength Training:

  1. Chin-ups:
    • How to Perform:
      Head to the chin-up bar located in the gym.
    • Interact: Press the interaction key when near the bar.
    • XP Gain: Every set of 5 chin-ups grants 100 strength XP.
    • Daily Limit: The gym has a daily cap on how much strength XP you can earn, so be sure to visit regularly to maintain progress.
  2. Bench Press:
    • How to Perform:
      Approach a bench press station in the gym.
    • Interact: Press the interaction key to initiate bench presses.
    • XP Gain: XP varies depending on your current strength level. More strength equals harder workouts but more significant gains.
    • Daily Limit: Make sure to complete sets daily, but keep an eye on the daily XP cap.
  3. Push-ups:
    • How to Perform:
      Find a suitable flat area in the gym (or anywhere) to perform push-ups. Use the /pushups command to begin.
      • Press to start the skill game and do a push-up.

    • XP Gain: Similar to running, you’ll earn 1-2 endurance XP every 9 seconds in the water.
    • Bonus: Swim 1000 units for a bonus XP boost proportional to your endurance level.

      Hop on a bicycle and start pedaling.
    • XP Gain: Cycling works similarly to running and swimming, with 1-2 endurance XP every 9 seconds while cycling.
