-
Promote respectful player interactions
-
Encourage realistic and immersive roleplay
-
Maintain a fair and balanced gameplay environment
-
Protect the integrity of the community
All players are expected to familiarise themselves with these rules and uphold them consistently. Doing so ensures a positive, engaging atmosphere for both new and experienced roleplayers alike.
If you are ever unsure about a rule or require clarification, please contact a member of staff through the appropriate official channels.

By joining and playing on The EndZ FiveM RP server, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these rules. Failure to do so may result in punishment, regardless of intent or awareness.
General Rules
1.1 | Offensive Language & Hate Speech
Swearing is permitted within city limits due to the server’s 18+ rating, and strong language is expected as part of realistic roleplay.
However, the following language is strictly prohibited at all times:
-
Racial slurs
-
Homophobic or transphobic slurs
-
Ableist language (e.g. derogatory terms relating to disabilities)
-
Sexual slurs outside of clearly established, consensual roleplay scenarios
This type of language does not contribute to quality roleplay and will not be tolerated on The EndZ RP.
Staff reserve the right to take action against any player using language that is harmful, discriminatory, targeted, or excessively offensive, even when used in character. All enforcement decisions will consider context, intent, and frequency.
Where possible, reports should be supported by video clips, screenshots, or audio recordings to assist staff in making fair and accurate decisions.
Being in character is not an excuse for abusive behaviour.
Use offensive language responsibly and with caution. The aim is to maintain a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality roleplay environment for all players, while remaining compliant with 18+ streaming and platform Terms of Service.
1.2 | Harassment, Bullying & Abuse
Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited on The EndZ RP.
All conflict must remain within roleplay scenarios and should never carry over into real-world behaviour or out-of-character interactions.
The following behaviours are not tolerated:
-
Threats (in or out of character)
-
Targeted harassment or bullying
-
Doxxing, stalking, or phishing
-
Personal attacks or insults
-
Spreading false or malicious information
-
Intimidation or coercion
-
Persistent unwanted contact
This applies to in-game, Discord, voice chat, and private messages related to The EndZ.
Any behaviour that disrupts the community’s safety or harmony may result in severe disciplinary action, including permanent bans.
1.3 | Exploiting, Glitching, Cheating & Hacking
The EndZ RP operates a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating or gaining unfair advantages.
You must not:
-
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
-
Abuse server scripts or features
-
Manipulate game systems for personal gain
-
Use third-party software, cheats, or injectors
-
Use macros, bots, or automation tools
-
Modify the FiveM client or game files without authorisation
If you discover a bug, you are expected to report it to staff immediately rather than exploit it.
Any player found exploiting, glitching, or hacking will face severe punishment, including permanent removal from The EndZ RP.
1.4 | Ban Evasion
If you are banned from The EndZ RP, that decision is final unless overturned through the official appeal process.
Attempting to bypass a ban by:
-
Creating alternative accounts
-
Using VPNs or IP masking
-
Using shared or purchased accounts
-
Accessing the server through another person
…is considered ban evasion and will result in a permanent ban across all The EndZ platforms.
We enforce bans strictly to maintain a fair, safe, and consistent roleplay environment.
1.5 | Trolling & Disruptive Behaviour
The EndZ RP is a serious roleplay server, and trolling undermines the experience for everyone.
Trolling includes, but is not limited to:
-
Mic spamming or soundboards
-
Intentionally ruining roleplay scenarios
-
Blocking spawn points or essential locations
-
Griefing or baiting other players
-
Repeatedly wasting staff time
-
Acting purely to provoke reactions
If your actions are intended to annoy, disrupt, or derail roleplay rather than enhance it, they will be treated as trolling.
If it doesn’t add to roleplay, don’t do it.
1.6 | Real-World Trading (RWT) & Pay-to-Win
Real-world trading is strictly forbidden on The EndZ RP.
You may not:
-
Buy or sell in-game items for real money
-
Trade in-game currency for external value
-

Accept payments outside approved platforms
The EndZ is committed to a fair and balanced economy with no pay-to-win mechanics.
Any player involved in real-world trading will face permanent punishment, including bans and asset wipes.
✅ Approved Purchases
All real-world purchases must only be made through the official The EndZ Tebex Store. Any transactions outside this platform are not recognised or protected.

The EndZ RP is an 18+ FiveM roleplay community and features mature content, including:
-
Strong language

-
Partial nudity
All players must be 18 years of age or older.
If you are found to be underage:

-
No warnings will be issued
-
Appeals will not be accepted
This policy exists to protect both the community and staff, and it is enforced with zero tolerance.
Roleplay Conduct
These rules govern all roleplay conduct on The EndZ RP. Players are expected to prioritise realism, immersion, and fair play at all times. Breaking roleplay rules undermines the experience for others and will result in administrative action.
2.1 | Random Deathmatch (RDM)
Random Deathmatch (RDM) is strictly prohibited.
You may not kill, injure, or attack another player without clear and meaningful roleplay escalation. Lethal force must always be justified through prior in-character interaction.
You may not:
-
Kill or attack another player without prior roleplay

-
Allow players a reasonable opportunity to respond
-
Prioritise roleplay over gunplay whenever possible
2.2 | Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)

Intentionally running over players is prohibited

Using vehicles to knock players down is prohibited
-
Vehicles may only be used to push past players to escape, not to harm

Power gaming is using game mechanics, systems, or unrealistic actions to gain an unfair advantage.
This includes:

Exploiting game features or limitations

Using unrealistic knowledge or actions to dominate scenarios
All roleplay must remain fair, believable, and balanced.

Impersonating police or staff is strictly prohibited without admin approval.
This includes:

Activating panic buttons while not on duty

Impersonating administrators
Visible weapon clothing may give police grounds for a search.
2.10 | New Life Rule (NLR)
If you respawn at the hospital, it is considered a new life.
You may not:
-
Return to the location of your death
-
Seek revenge
-
Remember specific events or individuals involved
General memories of your character remain, but details of your death do not.
2.11 | Realistic Driving
Driving must be realistic and appropriate to the vehicle type.
Prohibited behaviour includes:

Unrealistic jumps or stunts

Players may not be identified by voice alone.
Identification must be based on:
-
Clothing
-
Tattoos
-
Physical appearance
-
Accessories
2.27 | Greenzones (Safe Zones)
To ensure fair, realistic, and enjoyable roleplay for all players, certain areas across The EndZ RP are designated as Greenzones (Safe Zones). These locations represent areas of heightened security and neutrality where hostile or disruptive actions are strictly prohibited.
Designated Greenzone Locations
The following locations are considered Greenzones at all times:
-
Hospitals (Pillbox Hospital and any other designated medical facilities)
-
Police Stations (including Sinner Street)
-
Diamond Casino & Resort
Additional locations may be designated as Greenzones by staff when required for events or roleplay.
Rules Within Greenzones
While inside a Greenzone, the following rules apply:
-
You may not kill, assault, or physically harm other players.
-
You may not initiate robberies, kidnappings, or hostage situations.
-
You may not steal vehicles parked inside a Greenzone.
-
You may not carry, drag, or move players out of a Greenzone.
-
Weapons must be holstered at all times unless explicitly authorised through roleplay (e.g. police training, controlled scenarios).
-
Any form of aggressive, threatening, or violent behaviour is prohibited.
Vehicles & Bicycles in Greenzones
To maintain realism, safety, and uninterrupted emergency services roleplay:
-
All vehicles and bicycles must be parked outside of Greenzones.
-
Players may not ride, drive, or bring vehicles or bicycles into interiors.
-
Using vehicles or bikes to:
-
Cause disruption
-
Block entrances is strictly prohibited.
-
This rule exists to ensure Emergency Health Services (EHS) and law enforcement can roleplay without interference and reflects realistic real-world procedures.
Greenzone Abuse & Ongoing Roleplay
-
Fleeing into a Greenzone does not grant immunity during active roleplay scenarios such as:
-
Police pursuits
-
Shootouts
-
Ongoing violent incidents
-
-
If a situation began outside of a Greenzone and naturally enters it, roleplay may continue until resolved.
-
You may not use Greenzones to escape roleplay, reset scenarios, or avoid consequences.
-
Camping outside Greenzones to initiate or bait roleplay is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement
Any violation of Greenzone rules may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, fines, character consequences, or suspensions — depending on severity and intent. Staff decisions will consider context, roleplay quality, and evidence where applicable.
Greenzones are areas of safety and professionalism — not loopholes.
Respect them to ensure high-quality roleplay for everyone on The EndZ RP.
2.28 | Salary Farming & AFK Behaviour
The EndZ RP is a roleplay-focused server. Gaining income or progression without actively participating in roleplay is strictly prohibited.
Salary Farming
Salary farming is defined as remaining on duty, in a job, or in a paid role without actively roleplaying in order to collect pay cheques.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Remaining logged in solely to collect salary payments
-
Sitting idle at a job location without performing duties
-
Staying clocked in while minimised, tabbed out, or unattended
-
Using any method to bypass inactivity detection
-
Performing minimal or repetitive actions solely to avoid AFK kicks
AFK Behaviour
Players must not remain AFK in the city for extended periods.
Prohibited AFK behaviour includes:
-
Going AFK while on duty (police, EHS, mechanics, etc.)
-
Going AFK during active roleplay scenes
-
Blocking locations, interiors, or job areas while AFK
-
Using objects, macros, or methods to remain logged in while unattended
If you need to step away for than 10 minutes:
-
Clock off from your job
-
Move to a safe location
-
Disconnect from the server
Enforcement
Staff may take action if:
-
A player is repeatedly inactive while earning salary
-
A player is AFK during duty hours or scenes
-
Evidence shows intentional salary farming
Punishments may include:
-
Removal from duty
-
Salary removal or fines
-
Temporary suspension
-
Job removal in repeated cases
If you are not actively roleplaying, you should not be earning money.
Metagaming Rules
Metagaming undermines immersive roleplay and creates unfair advantages. At The EndZ RP, all players are expected to separate in-character (IC) knowledge from out-of-character (OOC) information at all times. These rules exist to preserve realism, fairness, and high-quality roleplay across the server.
Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity and intent.
3.1 | Out of Character (OOC) Behaviour
You must remain in character at all times while inside the city. Breaking character disrupts immersion and negatively impacts roleplay for other players.
You must not:
-
Speak out of character while in the city
-
Use OOC terms or references during active roleplay
-
Discuss server issues, bugs, or rule disputes in character
-
Speak to staff out of character while in the city to resolve issues
If you need to speak out of character, you must use the designated OOC Discord channels or submit a support ticket. This ensures roleplay remains uninterrupted and immersive for everyone involved.
Do not break character for any reason while in the city.
If an issue arises, complete the roleplay scenario first, then address it through the proper OOC channels.
3.2 | Metagaming Other Players
Metagaming occurs when you use information your character did not obtain through legitimate in-game roleplay.
Your character may only act on information that has been:
-
Seen
-
Heard
-
Discovered
-
Learned through in-game interaction
Examples of prohibited metagaming:
-
Using a player’s name learned through Discord or voice chat
-
Acting on knowledge gained from watching streams or clips
-
Referencing another character’s actions without in-game justification
-
Using phrases such as “my cousin said” or “my mate told me” to justify knowledge
Each character exists independently. Your characters cannot be aware of each other, their history, or their actions.
3.3 | Use of Outside Information
Using information obtained outside of The EndZ RP to influence in-game decisions is strictly prohibited.
This includes information gained through:
-
Discord messages
-
Text messages or phone calls
-
Streams or recordings
-
Friends or community members
-
Social media or external websites
Example:
If someone tells you a player’s location via Discord, you may not act on that information in-game under any circumstances.
All roleplay actions must be based solely on in-character knowledge acquired through the server.
3.4 | Third-Party Communication
All in-game communication must occur through approved in-game systems, including:
-
In-game phone calls
-
Text messages
-
Radio communication
-
In-game social media platforms
Using third-party applications such as Discord, TeamSpeak, WhatsApp, or similar tools to share in-game information is strictly forbidden.
This includes:
-
Coordinating crimes
-
Tracking players or police
-
Sharing locations or plans
-
Relaying real-time information
This rule ensures roleplay remains fair, immersive, and equal for all players.
3.5 | Multiple Characters & Knowledge Separation
Each character you create is treated as a completely separate individual.
Rules regarding additional characters:
-
Information learned by one character cannot be transferred to another
-
Knowledge must be reintroduced naturally through roleplay
-
You may not reference actions or events involving your other characters
-
You may not have multiple characters in the same gang, faction, or organisation
Police officers and EHS members may create civilian characters, but:
-
No information may cross between characters
-
Characters may not assist each other
-
Characters must never acknowledge each other’s existence
This rule exists to maintain realism, prevent unfair advantages, and protect the integrity of faction and criminal roleplay.
3.6 | Multiple Factions & Conflict of Interest
Players may not hold leadership roles or active positions across conflicting factions on the same character or across multiple characters.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Gang members holding roles within Emergency Health Services (EHS)
-
Police officers holding roles within EHS
-
Any character or alt character being involved in both criminal and emergency service factions
Emergency services and criminal organisations must remain strictly separated to preserve realism, prevent conflicts of interest, and protect the integrity of roleplay.
Players may maintain alternative characters in different factions only with staff approval, and under no circumstances may information, influence, or authority be shared between characters.
Failure to comply may result in forced role changes, character wipes, or disciplinary action at staff discretion
Final Note on Metagaming
Metagaming damages immersion, removes risk, and diminishes the roleplay experience for everyone. If your character did not see it, hear it, or experience it in-game, then it does not exist to them.
When in doubt, err on the side of roleplay integrity.
Miscellaneous Rules
These rules cover general conduct, staff interaction, server systems, and community standards on The EndZ RP. All players are expected to follow these guidelines to ensure a fair, organised, and enjoyable roleplay environment.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity and intent.
4.1 | Player Error & Item Loss
The EndZ RP does not provide compensation for losses resulting from player error.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Losing items due to server restarts
-
Leaving items in unsafe or invalid storage
-
Failing to log out in time before scheduled restarts
To reduce the risk of item loss:
-
Disconnect at least 5 minutes before a scheduled restart
-
For maximum protection against rollbacks, log out 10 minutes prior
Players are responsible for managing their inventory correctly at all times.
4.2 | Spamming & Disruptive Behaviour
Spamming is strictly prohibited on The EndZ Discord, in-game chat, and voice communication.
This includes:
-
Repeated messages in chat
-
Repeatedly messaging or tagging staff
-
Flooding channels with unnecessary content
All questions and issues must be raised through the ticket system or appropriate public channels. Spamming disrupts the community and will result in disciplinary action.
4.3 | Staff Respect & Conduct
All staff members must be treated with respect at all times, regardless of rank.
-
Staff decisions are final
-
Harassment, abuse, or disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated
-
Attempting to undermine staff authority may result in punishment
Staff are here to maintain order, fairness, and roleplay quality across The EndZ RP.
4.4 | Staff Reports & Allegations
False or baseless accusations against staff members are a punishable offence.
If you believe a staff member has acted incorrectly:
-
You must provide clear and valid evidence
-
Reports must be submitted privately to Stardawg via Discord Direct Message
All staff actions are logged and regularly reviewed to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of power.
4.5 | Contacting Staff & Support Requests
Staff may not respond to direct messages.
The correct way to request assistance is by:
-
Submitting a Discord support ticket
-
Using designated help channels where applicable
Do not tag or directly message staff members. This ensures issues are handled efficiently, fairly, and in the correct order.
4.6 | Foreign Server Advertising
Advertising other FiveM servers or communities is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
-
Discord messages
-
In-game chat or voice
-
Direct messages to players
-
Malicious promotion of The EndZ on other servers
We manage our own advertising and expect members to respect the integrity of the community.
4.7 | Compensation Policy
Compensation is only provided under strict conditions.
To be eligible:
-
You must provide valid video evidence
-
Evidence must be no older than 24 hours
-
The loss must not be due to player error
We do not compensate for:
-
Improper item storage (e.g. gloveboxes)
-
Player mistakes
-
Failure to follow server procedures
4.8 | Economy Abuse & Financial Exploits
Abusing the in-game economy is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
-
Exploiting money glitches
-
Duplication or laundering exploits
-
Unauthorized trading or transfers
-
Any behaviour that disrupts economic balance
Suspicious activity must be reported via the ticket system. Economy abuse will result in severe punishment.
4.9 | Bug Reporting & Exploitation
Players are encouraged to report bugs or glitches as soon as they are discovered.
-
Bugs must be reported via Discord tickets
-
Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them is prohibited
-
Providing detailed reports helps staff resolve issues faster
Deliberate bug abuse will result in disciplinary action.
4.10 | Server Events & Event Rules
Players are encouraged to participate in official server events.
Event rules must be followed at all times. Disrupting events or ignoring organiser instructions will result in punishment.
Event Safety
-
Events are considered Greenzones
-
Participants may not be kidnapped, robbed, or arrested
-
Police action is suspended unless explicitly stated otherwise
4.11 | /calladmin Command Usage
The /calladmin command is for urgent situations only.
Valid uses include:
-
Bugged characters
-
Suspected cheaters or hackers
-
Critical issues requiring immediate staff intervention
You must not:
-
Spam /calladmin
-
Use it for general questions
-
Request revives or minor assistance
-
Report non-urgent issues
For non-urgent matters, use the Discord ticket system. Misuse of /calladmin may result in penalties.
4.12 | Player Reports & Evidence Requirements
To ensure fairness, accuracy, and transparency, all reports of rule violations on The EndZ RP must be supported by valid evidence. Staff decisions are based on facts, not assumptions or hearsay.
Evidence Requirements
All player reports must include video evidence that meets the following criteria:
-
Footage must be recorded from your own point of view (POV)
-
The recording must be a minimum of 2 minutes long
-
This includes time before, during, and after the incident
-
Even if the first portion shows no action, it is required for context
-
-
Audio must be included and clearly capture:
-
Your voice
-
Other players’ voice chat
-
-
The footage must clearly show the full context of the situation
❌ Reports containing only short clips (e.g. a few seconds of gunfire or being killed) will not be accepted, as staff cannot determine whether actions were justified without full context.
Accepted Recording Software
We recommend using replay-capable recording software, including:
-
Medal
-
NVIDIA ShadowPlay
-
Steam Replay
-
OBS
These tools allow you to capture incidents after they occur, ensuring proper evidence is available.
Confidentiality & Privacy
-
All reports are strictly confidential within the staff team
-
Evidence submitted will never be shared with:
-
The reported player
-
Other community members
-
Third parties
-
-
This policy protects the privacy and safety of both the reporter and the reported party
Staff Actions & Communication
-
Staff will never take action based on word of mouth alone
-
All admin actions require proper evidence submitted through a ticket
-
Staff will not disclose details of punishments or actions taken against other players
-
You may be informed that action has been taken, but not what that action was
Final Note
If you believe a rule has been broken:
-
Finish the roleplay scenario
-
Gather proper evidence
-
Submit a ticket with the required footage
Reports without valid evidence will be closed without action.
Context matters. Evidence matters. Fairness comes first on The EndZ RP.
Gang Rules
Gangs are a core pillar of criminal roleplay on The EndZ RP. These rules exist to promote structured escalation, meaningful conflict, and high-quality gang roleplay, while avoiding unnecessary restrictions that would turn roleplay into ruleplay.
Gang roleplay should always be story-driven, progressive, and immersive.
5.1 | Gang Roleplay Expectations
-
Gang roleplay must be ongoing, consistent, and realistic
-
Gangs are expected to build relationships, rivalries, and storylines over time
-
Random or unmotivated violence is not acceptable
-
Gang leaders are responsible for ensuring their members understand and follow gang rules
Gangs that consistently fail to roleplay or create meaningful scenarios may be reviewed by staff.
5.2 | Escalation & Gang Conflict
Gang conflict must follow proper escalation.
-
Wars are the final stage of escalation, not the starting point
-
Escalation should progress through:
-
Verbal threats
-
Intimidation
-
Property damage
-
Kidnappings or torture
-
Armed confrontations
-
War declaration
-
Skipping escalation without strong roleplay justification may result in punishment.
5.3 | Kill on Sight (KOS) & War Declarations
KOS is not allowed unless a formal gang war has been agreed.
To initiate KOS:
-
Gang leaders must meet in roleplay
-
A clear reason for war must exist
-
A start time and time frame must be agreed
-
Both sides must understand that war has begun
Once war is active:
-
KOS is permitted only between the two gangs involved
-
Wars are gang vs gang only
-
Civilians, police, and EHS are not valid targets unless roleplay dictates otherwise
5.4 | Gang Wars
-
Gang leaders must agree on the duration of the war
-
Wars should have a clear objective or outcome
-
Endless or pointless wars are discouraged
Optional War Stakes
Where agreed by both leaders:
-
Wars may involve financial stakes (e.g. £100,000 per member)
-
Winner takes all
-
Stakes must be agreed before the war begins
Staff may oversee or log wars to prevent disputes.
5.5 | Gang Identification During Wars
During active wars:
-
Gang members must wear at least one visible item that represents their gang
-
Colours
-
Clothing
-
Accessories
-
This ensures:
-
Clear identification
-
Fair combat
-
Reduced confusion for police and staff
Failure to identify properly during war may invalidate kills or lead to punishment.
5.6 | Kidnapping, Torture & Hostile Roleplay
Kidnapping, torture, and intimidation are considered normal gang roleplay, provided they are:
-
Roleplayed properly
-
Not excessive or gratuitous
-
Not used purely for shock value
All hostile roleplay must still comply with:
-
Valuing life
-
No sexual assault roleplay
-
No OOC harassment
If you do not have time to roleplay a kidnapping properly, you must release the hostage.
5.7 | Businesses & Gang Activity
Player-owned businesses are considered Greenzones during wars.
-
You may not initiate gang violence inside businesses
-
You may not use businesses to escape or avoid roleplay
-
Repeatedly hiding inside businesses to dodge conflict is prohibited
Using Greenzones to avoid consequences may result in punishment.
5.8 | Alliances & Third-Party Involvement
-
Gangs may form alliances
-
However, wars are strictly gang vs gang
-
Allied gangs may not actively fight in wars they are not part of
-
Third-party interference in wars is prohibited unless explicitly roleplayed and agreed
This prevents escalation spirals and unfair advantages.
5.9 | Recruitment & Membership
- Gangs in The EndZ are limited to 12 members
-
Gang recruitment must be roleplayed
-
Mass or instant recruitment is prohibited
-
Members must understand the gang’s story, territory, and rivals
Gang leaders are accountable for their members’ actions.
5.10 | Territory & Turf
-
Gang territory must be respected
-
Claiming territory requires consistent presence and roleplay
-
Territory disputes must follow escalation rules
Staff may intervene if disputes become disruptive or unrealistic.
5.11 | Police & Gang Roleplay
-
Gang roleplay does not override police roleplay
-
Police must still be engaged realistically
-
Gang members should expect investigations, raids, and consequences
Avoid baiting or farming police interactions.
5.12 | Rule Avoidance & Abuse
Gangs may not:
-
Use mechanics to avoid roleplay
-
Abuse Greenzones
-
Chain kill players without downtime
-
Force constant conflict without narrative progression
Gangs found abusing systems may face:
-
Forced cooldowns
-
War cancellations
-
Gang disbandment in severe cases
Police Rules
Police roleplay on The EndZ RP is a core pillar of the server and must be conducted with professionalism, realism, and integrity at all times. Officers are expected to enhance roleplay for all parties involved, not dominate or restrict it.
Failure to follow these rules may result in retraining, suspension, removal from the police force, or further disciplinary action.
6.1 | Roleplay Standards & Conduct
Police officers must:
-
Roleplay realistically and professionally at all times
-
Act in accordance with British policing standards
-
Prioritise roleplay quality over winning or punishment
-
Treat civilians, criminals, and other factions fairly and respectfully
Police roleplay should encourage:
-
Investigation
-
Negotiation
-
Escalation
-
Consequences through roleplay, not shortcuts
Abuse of authority or low-effort policing will not be tolerated.
6.2 | Prison Sentencing Limits
The maximum prison sentence an officer may issue is 3 hours (180 minutes).
This rule exists to:
-
Prevent excessive punishment
-
Encourage ongoing criminal roleplay
-
Maintain a balanced server economy and experience
Extended Sentences
Prison sentences longer than 3 hours are only permitted if:
-
Explicitly authorised by a Founder
-
Conducted through courtroom roleplay
-
Involves:
-
The accused criminal
-
A defence lawyer
-
Prosecution / police representatives
-
-
Results in a roleplay-based judicial outcome
Without court roleplay and founder approval, sentences must not exceed 3 hours under any circumstances.
6.3 | Police Corruption
Police corruption is not allowed by default.
Any form of corrupt policing — including but not limited to:
-
Taking bribes
-
Assisting criminals
-
Leaking information
-
Ignoring crimes
-
Abuse of police powers for personal gain
— must be pre-authorised by a Founder and approved as part of an ongoing roleplay storyline.
Unauthorised corruption will be treated as serious misconduct and may result in immediate removal from the force.
6.4 | Evidence, Investigations & Arrests
Police officers must:
-
Conduct proper investigations
-
Gather evidence where possible
-
Use reasonable suspicion and probable cause
-
Clearly roleplay charges and reasoning during arrests
Instant arrests without explanation or investigation are discouraged unless justified by clear circumstances (e.g. being caught in the act).
6.5 | Valuing Life & Use of Force
Police must value their life realistically.
-
Use of force must be proportional to the threat
-
Lethal force should always be a last resort
-
Officers must give clear warnings where possible
-
Escalation should be roleplayed before violence
Unnecessary or excessive force may result in disciplinary action.
6.6 | Item Handling & Transferring
Police officers are strictly prohibited from:
-
Transferring seized items to other players
-
Giving confiscated items to friends or other factions
-
Using seized items for personal benefit
All seized items must be:
-
Logged
-
Stored appropriately
-
Handled through approved police procedures
Any unauthorised item transferring will be treated as corruption.
6.7 | Police Equipment & Resources
Police equipment must be used appropriately and realistically.
-
Weapons and vehicles must be used for police duties only
-
Police gear must not be shared with civilians
-
Special equipment should only be deployed when justified
Abuse of police resources undermines roleplay balance and will not be tolerated.
6.8 | Interaction with Criminal Roleplay
Police should:
-
Allow criminals opportunities for negotiation and escape
-
Avoid over-policing minor scenarios
-
Encourage extended storylines rather than instant shutdowns
Police roleplay should create consequences, not eliminate criminal roleplay entirely.
6.9 | Internal Accountability & Discipline
Police are subject to:
-
Internal discipline
-
Professional Standards investigations
-
Staff oversight
Failure to comply with police SOPs or server rules may result in:
-
Demotion
-
Suspension
-
Removal from the police force
-
Further server punishment
6.10 | Staff Authority & Final Decisions
Founders and designated senior staff hold final authority over:
-
Police corruption approvals
-
Extended prison sentences
-
Court roleplay outcomes
-
Removal or reinstatement of officers
Staff decisions are final and made in the best interest of server roleplay quality.
Disciplinary Action – 3 Strike System
This three-strike disciplinary system ensures that players are given opportunities to correct their behavior while maintaining a structured and fair approach to rule enforcement. It also allows for flexibility in handling severe infractions and provides a clear appeals process for players who believe they have been unfairly disciplined.
Verbal Warning (Pre-Strike)
Issuance: For minor infractions, staff members have the option to issue a verbal warning. This is a friendly reminder of the rules and does not count towards the three-strike system.
Communication: The verbal warning will be communicated through a private message or voice chat, specifying the rule broken and the nature of the violation.
Record: The verbal warning will be noted in the player’s record for tracking purposes but will not count as an official strike.
Guidance: The player will be given guidance on how to avoid repeating the infraction and encouraged to review the server rules.
Strike 1: Written Warning
Issuance: The first time a player violates a server rule in a more significant way or repeats a minor infraction, they will receive a formal written warning.
Communication: The written warning will be communicated through a private message, specifying the rule broken and the nature of the violation.
Record: The written warning will be logged in the player’s record as the first strike.
Guidance: The player will be given detailed guidance on how to avoid repeating the infraction and encouraged to review the server rules thoroughly.
Strike 2: Temporary Ban
Issuance: If a player violates another rule after receiving a written warning, they will receive a temporary ban.
Duration: The temporary ban will last for 24-72 hours, depending on the severity of the infraction.
Communication: The player will be informed of the temporary ban through a private message, detailing the rule broken, the nature of the violation, and the duration of the ban.
Record: The temporary ban will be logged in the player’s record as the second strike.
Strike 3: Permanent Ban
Issuance: If a player commits another violation after returning from a temporary ban, they will receive a permanent ban from the server.
Communication: The player will be informed of the permanent ban through a private message, explaining the rule broken, the nature of the violation, and the reason for the permanent ban.
Record: The permanent ban will be logged in the player’s record as the third strike, and they will be removed from all server-related platforms (e.g., Discord).
Additional Considerations
Severe Infractions
Immediate Action: Certain severe infractions, such as hacking, doxing, or severe harassment, may warrant immediate action, bypassing the three-strike system. In these cases, the player may be permanently banned without prior warning or temporary ban.
Review: These actions will be reviewed by senior staff members to ensure fairness and accuracy.
Appeals Process
First and Second Strikes: Players who receive a written warning or temporary ban have the right to appeal the decision. Appeals must be submitted through the official channels (e.g., a ticketing system) within 48 hours of the disciplinary action.
Permanent Bans: Players who receive a permanent ban may submit one appeal within 30 days of the ban. Appeals for permanent bans will be reviewed by senior staff members, and a decision will be communicated within 7 days.
Probationary Period
Post-Ban Monitoring: Players returning from a temporary ban will be placed on a probationary period for 30 days. Any infractions during this period will result in a permanent ban.
Behavioural Monitoring: Staff members will monitor the behaviour of players on probation more closely to ensure compliance with server rules.
Staff Discretion
Case-by-Case Basis: While the three-strike system provides a general framework, staff members have the discretion to handle cases on an individual basis, considering the context and severity of each infraction.
Consistency and Fairness: Staff members will aim to apply the disciplinary system consistently and fairly to all players.
