This system lets you grow, harvest, and process your own cannabis for personal use or street sales.
Follow this guide to learn how to become a professional grower in the city.
🌱 Getting Started
- Gather & Craft Equipment
- Purchase weed pots and pesticide spray from the gardening store at Postal 450.
- Craft equipment such as fertilizers, grow tents and auto-watering systems at a Crafting Bench.
- Most equipment requires level 50 criminal and crafting to make.
- You can also purchase equipment from other citizens.
- Get Your Seeds
- Purchase cannabis seeds on the black market.
- Extract seeds from Cannabis Plants at Postal 127.
- Each seed has a strain type (e.g., Green Crack, Stardawg, Pink Kush).
- Find a Grow Location
- If you’re using pots, place them down in a hidden location. Simply use the weed pot from your inventory to find a suitable location.
- Plant the Seed
- Third-eye the weed pot to plant the seed of your choice.
- The pot will fill with dark soil — this means it’s freshly watered and ready to grow.
💧 Watering & Fertilising
- Monitor Your Soil
- When the soil is dark, it’s watered.
- Over time, it will dry out and lighten in colour.
- Once fully dry, interact with the pot to water it again using the watering mini-game.
- Fertiliser (Optional but Recommended)
- Fertilise between 1%–30% growth using your chosen fertiliser item.
- Interact with the pot using your third-eye, and complete the minigame by clicking on your fertilizer bottle.
- Fertilisers can boost:
- 🌿 Yield (more buds)
- ⚡ Growth speed
- 🛡️ Resistance to damage or neglect
- Fertilise between 1%–30% growth using your chosen fertiliser item.
- Optimal Conditions
- Some strains require perfect growing conditions to thrive.
- Use grow tents for best results.
- Poor conditions can slow growth or kill sensitive strains.
🌾 Growth & Harvesting
- Plants progress through visible growth stages over time.
- Keep them watered and fertilised or they may die.
- Once fully grown, interact with the plant using your third-eye to harvest using the collection mini-game.
- If you leave mature plants unharvested for too long, they will wither and die.
📦 Processing Your Buds
Once harvested, your buds can be processed in several ways:
🛍️ Bag Buds
- Use the bud from your inventory to bag it into grams, 8ths, quarters, halves and ounces.
- Requires micro scales, secateurs, empty weed bags (small, medium, large and jars)
- Sell the weed using a burner phone to locals.
🧪 Pro Tips for Growers
- 💦 Auto-Watering Systems can automate your plant watering.
- 🌡️ Grow Tents provide optimal humidity, temperature, and lighting, improving growth and mutation chances.
- 🌱 Mutations: Some strains may mutate into new seeds — collect and experiment.
- 🕒 Timing Matters: Check your plants regularly to avoid over-drying or dying crops.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Dying plants cannot be revived — manage them carefully.
- Some high-value strains only grow inside optimal grow tents.
- Selling or transporting weed outside your grow area carries risk — police may seize your product if caught.
Start small, experiment with different strains, and scale your operation into a city-wide cannabis empire.
